I go to bedat 9:00 and i dont fall asleep intill 11:00 is there anyway to fall asleep sooner??

start working out during the day. quit drinking caffeine after a certain time, etc.

go through your nightly routine earlier. You can also wake up earlier which should make you sleepier earlier.

If all else fails, take an over the counter sleep aid for a few days and it should help straighten out your schedule.
classical music on the radio...if it doesn't relax you .it will bore you to sleep

u cud also watch the most boring movies u can gather.
or u can listen to slow music.
or u cud stop stayin up so late in the weekends ( i assume ) and sleep earlier.

Your body isn't tired because you probably didn't do anything physical that day. Go run around or something at like 7PM and you should fall right asleep. (I don't know about you, but exercise wakes me up. So, don't do it too close to when you're going to go to sleep.)
Yes there is...Valerian..it is a natural herb found in most drug stores..or a health food store...it just makes you sleep more soundly...anyway, i hope it works for you...it does me!!!
Why so early to bed. You probably aren't tired yet. Try reading. That knocks me out in about 15 minutes.
start waking up earlier, or do lots of phisical work during the day.
Avoid sugar and caffeine after dinner. Have a warm bath and try lie with a book in bed.
me toooooooooooooo i my gosh i always fall asleep at eleven!!! well wat i do is i go to sleep at eleven u no so then u wont watse ur time u can watch tv, talk on the fone.go on the computer, read!!!!!!!!!! anything like that

Eat a turkey sandwich and drink a warm cup of milk about 1/2 hour before you got to bed.
A fat turkey sandwich and a warm bath will knock you out!
Well if you want to do it in a natural way you could try eating an apple before bed. A spoonful of honey with some hot milk works wonders. Also hyland's make a natural sleep aid called calms forte, you could try chamomille tea. If you don't mind otc(over the counter) then try tylenol p.m. or unisom.
Melatonin is a natural sleep-aid and helps a lot of people get to sleep faster and sooner.
just close your eyes, and think of nothing. Maybe you have a lot on your mind, and you can't concentrate on sleeping. In maybe 10 or 15 minutes, you would fall fast asleep. It really works! or if it doesn't work for you, then you could try to do something that would tire your eyes. Maybe watch t.v. or surf the internet. If it doesn't work again, the last thing you could do is to make yourself tired by doing physical activities..
