Question: they are pretty yellow and I hate it?

what can I do?
Answers: Go to the dentist and get them cleaned?
Go to the dentist or have some one brush it for you.
Crest whitening strips work
boy whitening toothpaste or get them bleached.
not to worry a lot, it's normal, it's not only you... try Colgate Total or Crest white strips, they might help
YOU ARE BEST IN THIS WORLD I LIKE YOU AND LOVE YOU
i do too! so many gaps and during the day i always get yellow stuff on my teeth! i hate it! it sucks! when I'm 18:braces here I come!

Then here comes Mr. Retainer...
Do you smoke? If so, your teeth are going to be ugly no matter what you do.
Try using the Crest White-strips. They aren't cheap, but will help brighten up your teeth. If they don't do enough to help, see your dentist for some suggestion.
that is plak you can scrape it off with a pin
HEY!!!! watz up, girl? i have the same name as u. Hannah C.

My last name is Cai.

Cool huh?

Brush ur teeth at least 4 times a day. once after each meal too. try whitening strips. do this for 3 months. then go c a dentist if u don't c good results.
Brush after every meal, floss every day and use a mouthwash. I like Listerine whitening pre-rinse. If you drink pop, coffee, tea, red wine, or juice it can also stain your teeth.
I just asked a similar question. The best results would be going to a dentist to get them whitened, bleaching is the cheapest way to go. But it does cause sensitivity sometimes. I'm not a fan of the whitening strips, they didn't work that well but I did see a great difference in someone's teeth from bleaching. Hope this helps, there were some good ideas on my answers if you were interested.
if you have the funds you can have a dental hygienist bleach your teeth, its quick, painless, and costly. Also, on the toothpaste isle there's a plethora of home kits, heard crest white strips work excellent.
There are many cosmetic options available today to help with the appearance of your teeth. Your dentist can place veneers on them (thin porcelain Shields that are bonded to the natural tooth) that can whiten and straighten minor crowding as well as fill in gaps. They are expensive but well worth the money. Your dentist would be able to tell you if you a good candidate for veneer placement.

Of course, if it is just whitening you need, or want to start there, there are many products available over the counter in the oral hygiene section of your neighborhood store. There are also professional products available through the dental office that work very well too.

In this age of aesthetic dentistry there are lots of options--you do not have to live with teeth you hate. Go to the dentist and make sure your teeth are healthy-- let the dentist know you are dissatisfied with the way your teeth look. He/she will be happy to explain all your options.

Good luck!
Sweety dont worry, this isnt a big issue!!

1st do you smoke, smoking causes yellow teeth?? if so then your first step would be quiting!

But another alternatve is, at any denist you can get your teeth cleaned, and bletched, depending on how yellow your teeth are this may take a couple of go's from your dentist, but usually it is a fairly quick process and one time usually does the job!!

Also if you cant stand denist's for whatever reason you have, you can also just purchase from any supermarket a whitning tooth paste (propably a well known brand is best) these are not as affective as denistist and will take longer to notice but it does work. Another method is that again at a supermarket you can purchase bletching kit (dont quote me on the name) but you put the bletch in what looks like a mouth guard it is also rather affective!!

I hope this helps

I just got my teeth whitened in the dental office. My dentist has the latest ZOOM! whitening system which uses this really cool light to whiten my teeth. The results are amazing! I highly recommend my dentist, Dr. Meng in San Jose, CA. He's the best!!!

Crest whitestrips. It's easy and about 10 days you'll see a differnce. Or professional bleaching at the dentist office. Or invest in a Sonicare. No sensitivity.
