What is this bump on the inside of my mouth??

Question: I get these bumps on the inside of my mouth. It forms on the inside of my top lip on the side and is very painful. It goes away on it's own but in time it comes back and it's very annoying. It's a little red. Is there a name for this and is there something I can use to make it go away for good? Please, I need help to resolve this issue. Thanks.
Answers: Sounds like a canker sore to me. I get them sometimes, I know it is painful but I put salt on it and it will sting, but the salt kills bacteria in the sore. Our mouths are have a lot of bacteria. If it keeps happening I would go to the dr.
you can gargle with antibacterial mouthwash, or gargle with a glass of water mixed with salt. :)
Probably a canker sore.

They are painful! Certain foods and additives in foods aggravate them More than others.

You can either got to your Doc or get something specifically for them OTC.
ITS PROBALLY A COLD SORE I DONT KNOW AND IF IT IS USE CARMAX
Cold/Canker Sore. There are medicines like Camphophenique or some other gel usually to numb the pain. These medicines will often help get rid of them more quickly, but it's impossible to be rid of them entirely. When I get them it's usually related to lack of sleep and/or hydration. So stay well rested and hydrated and you'll do better at avoiding them.
