Is it better to brush teeth before breakfast or after??

Answers: Before. Usually when you wake up in the morning, your mouth is full of bacteria, which is partially why some people have morning breath. While it is true that there will be things in your mouth (food) that you can see afterward, there will also be things you cant see. The things you cant see (bacteria) are more harmful. So you should brush before, and after if you feel it necessary.

I know someone who is constantly sick who never brushes their teeth before eating, and this could possibly be a reason why. Always swallowing that bacteria rather than brushing it out.
It's better to brush your teeth before breakfast. Brushing your teeth gets rid of bacteria as we all know, so if there are bacteria in your mouth and you eat - you're just swallowing it all down. Brush your teeth first, then eat. It's more hygienic.

If it makes you feel better, brush twice - before and after! =p
b4! kill the bacteria b4 u swallow it wid ur food!!
after because then you can take everything off from the morning and you won't have bad breath.
u should brush before and rinse your mouth after or if need be brush again.
I would have to say before breakfast or way after. Many of the things we eat cause the enamel on our teeth to soften, so brushing afterward can cause more harm than good. If your teeth feel gritty after breakfast wait about an hour to brush.
after breakfast,
to ensure all food remenants to be brushed away, and not to get fermented in ur mouth to cause bad breath and not to cause decay..
It's better to brush ur teeth after breakfast. U get all the food bewteen your teeth so u don't go to wrok or school with food in your teeth and have bad breath.
before and after
