What's a good way to lose about thirty pounds quick and healthy??

Question: I want to lose thirty in the next two months, how is a good way of doing that? I walk for an hour every night, I work on my feet for eaight hours a day constantly running and I haven't seen any results. I don't eat junk either. Any good tips?
Answers: If you drink pop stop! I know quite a few heavy people that lost a lot of weight...and quickly I might add...just from cutting out soda.
If you're already doing all the right things and see no change, you have no hope. Or possibly you actually are doing something wrong. You're talking a half pound a day. That's a cup of fat to sweat out per day, get busy.
there is no safe way to lose 30 lbs quickly, sorry
Drink nothing but water, walk daily, and cut salt from your diet completely. There is hope!
i dont really know if this is healthy or not but about 2 years ago i completely gave up eating dinner and started working in the evenings and lost about 65 lbs in like 3 1/2 months...you could always try that....or just start doin drugs...either way you'll have fun! :)
Cut out bread, pasta, rice & potatoes. Continue your walking and try to get your heart rate up.
I would try a strict raw diet. Eat tons of fruit and veggies and few nuts - nothing cooked. :~)
I lost weight simply by drinking lots of water and eating at subway most nights. Seriously.
go to the health shop and spend $60 it's the same as thirty pounds UK. so you loose 30 pounds

im only joking try and cut out fatty foods and do more activity to increase your motabilisum.
Watch your carbs. You are supposed to have between 45-60 carbs per meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a snack inbetween with about 15 carbs (an apple the size of a tennis ball) and protein (like cheese which is a carb free food-but get light cheese). If you stick to the 45 carbs per meal you will lose weight a lot faster. Also cut caffeine out and drink skim milk.
hi there at the moment i am trying to lose that much as well
but everybody knows what to and that is exercise, eat right. At the moment I am eating fresh fruit and stir fry vege's with whole grain rice steam or stir fry and chicken with the skin taken off cereals just think positive I know it sux's but it works if your working make your own lunches
this is hard as I can get kind of lazy, drink water lot's of it and also exercise as well I walk to the local pool which is half an hr from were I live and do an hrs swim and i go to the local gym as well and most time's I just walk everywhere, this is hard at first and i can get kind of lazy too but you have to make this a habbit to do it everyday and have one day off during the week and find someone to do this with as it might help you get into it but the answer is everyday it took me 2 months to loose thirty pounds and another 2 months to put back on because of procrastination
It would not be healthy to lose 30 pounds in 2 months. Best way to lose weight it to find your daily expenditure and subtract up to 750 calories from that. You should not lose more than 2lbs a week to be healthy.
try the eat 2 lose 10 plan on post cereal boxes such as Grape nuts or Shreded wheat.this way you can lose 10 pounds, but extend the program alittle. All you have to do is buy a box of post cereal & it will tell you the instructions
There isn't a really good way to get where you want when you want to. You need to teach your body a new method using calories. If you are serious about doing this, then follow along with me...1st off, figure how many calories you need for an average person your age and height. 2nd put together a combination or small meals that will get you to that point. You need to start with breakfast and get about 6 (again small) meals in, in a day. You already said that you don't eat junk. 3rd you need to find at least one good sport that you can do on your time off. A good example is bike riding. You can do it alone or with someone else and can be fulfilling when you get out there . 4th you should stay strong! When you are forcing your body to take a new look at functioning, there are some side effects. One is that you will feel a bit hungry more often. This will end up subsiding after all of your hormones and other conditioned responses start to take note...Good luck with it. It isn't easy to do. I could say that the 6th step would be to have a support group, but that is a luxury that not everyone has. So, once again...Stay strong and good luck!

Once your matabolism has gained momentum, and you have gotten the results that you are looking for, you can start to cut out the meals in between meals. Snacking is still okay if you stay with something like an apple or bannana when the urge strikes...You can look to spend about 6 months on this project .
That's not very easy. But I think you can do it.
Just drink carrot juice only for a week. And run 15 mins to 30 mins a day or ( morning - 15mins, evening - 15mins ). After two month, you will possess a slim body and healthiness and best skin color.
Carrot diet is a best way to lose weight.
Instead of trying to get on the next fad diet, learn a little bit about nutrition and health. Changing bad eating habits or life style is a better approach. This is not done overnight, though. But cutting loose of sodas (diet or not, sorry), super processed food, high-corn syrup and food loaded with trans fat. If you can do this, increase your comsumption of dietary fiber... you will start to lose pounds and gain health.
30 pounds in 2 months sounds like it's pretty extreme. In general, the consensus of most diet books and articles I have seen indicates that 1-2 pounds per week is realistic if you want to keep it off. Don't let this discourage you... if you dropped 8-16 pounds in 2 months, you would be feeling great and off on the right track, right?!

First off, check with your doctor to rule out some other complicating factor. It's not common, but some medical conditions can keep you from losing weight. It's a good idea to meet with them before embarking on a big weight loss project or exercise program anyway.

Next, you might check out the AbsDiet for some ideas. You can pick up the book online or at a bookstore or just check it out online at the website below. The main idea behind their plan seems to be to gain muscle and focus on what you do eat rather than what you don't eat. The added muscle burns more calories even when resting. This is important because as you lose weight, you lose muscle, too, which must be rebuilt. The absdiet people claim some pretty good results, but you check it out yourself and be sure to discuss it with your doctor.

A couple of other tips -
1. make sure you get enough rest. You'd be surprised how much making sure you regularly get a good night's sleep will help your weight loss program.
2. Also, get some support - many people in my office swear by weightwatchers, a workout buddy or another support system.
3. Don't beat yourself up if you slip. It happens. Just get back on track.

Good luck!
