How many carbs or calories do i need to lose to start losing body fat??


Answers: To help loose body fat switch to a higher protien lower carb diet. I still eat breads and pastas, just not as much or as often as I used to. By just doing that and working out I lost the inches in no time and have been able to keep them off!
1 lbs of fat = 3500 Calories
The key is not to eat alcohol, carbs and fat (In that order)

If you do that your body will start to burn the alcohol, carbs and fat in your body (In that order)
just eat less complex carbs like fruits and vegies instead of cookies. If you can't tell what plant it came from then its not good for you.
