Weight Loss Help!??
Question: I an 5 10 and I weigh 175 pounds. I am going for a graduation in May and i was wondering if I went on my treadmill for 30 minutes every day and cut down on my eating habits? Will I be able to lose 40-50 pounds before the graduation? I am determined to get the weight off! Please help!!
Answers: girl its all in the mind ... if you are determined to lose the weight go for it you will accomplish your goal... start off doing 30 minutes.. then when yo u feel like you did 30 minutes without too much of a struggle add 15 more minutes... try to run for one hour everyday!!! and try to do some sit ups and things like that so that you can lose weight and tone up at the same time ... you will look great!!! dont forget always stay positive because that has alot to do with it!!! congrats on your gradutaion!!! your going to look great!! =)
no 40 to 50 pounds,but surely approx 20 pounds ull loose,try to exercise more,the weight loss will increase
I think it will help the process. But Im not sure how long you will be able to stick to it cuz it gets boring after a while. I for one tried a program that helped me alot. When you need to lose weight you are right about cutting down on food and you should definitely exercise everyday. You may not lose all the weight but you can become more muscular and tone and your weight may stay the same,but your body won't. Make sure you don't eat junk and only eat food that will help curb your appetite for a while longer than normal.losing 40-50 pound by may could be very dangerous if you want to lose it all by may. If you become more muscular and don't loose any weight don't worry like i said you are becoming more tone. Please don't stop eating. That won't help you loose the weight. hope this helps and you are ready to face your graduation in May.
I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill Fahrenheit ??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there.
