How do u lose 12lbs??
Question: I am 13 yrs. old and not very tall. i need to lose 12 lbs. i wiegh 102, and promise my self that when i am 20 yrs. old i should wiegh about 120 lbs. i have been eating slim fast for snack and starting to eat fruit as well. I am in middle school, so i run a mile or half a mile every friday, when i am in school. I walk my dog after school too. I have only lost one pound in one month. Plz if u have succeed in a non-exspensive diet and lost lbs. plz tell me how to do it!
Answers: sweeetie i have treid slim fast but it doesnt help whatever you do dont do that you can lose but your not training your body how to eat proper once your done you gain it all back ive been there , your also young the best thing is to eat food i think you should try calarie counting you lose fast and you dont deprive your self and the good thing is its a healthy way so when you get older you can keep it off..and not gain it back when i did slim fast not only did i gain my wieght back it doubled it also your body goes into shock when you eat normal. calarie count you can eat and keep it off....by the way it also did some harm to my liver please becareful.. you have one body just make healthy choices and you will stay fit........

why do you need to lose 12 lbs? 102 is a good weight for a 13 year old and you should be happy with your body. whatever you do don't ever stop eating. it's very bad for you. Good Luck!

Your too young to worrie about loosing weight. Don't worrie if you start gaining more when your 16 or 17 then excersize and eat healthy.
i think your body knows whats best,so if your eating healthy then don't worry about losing pounds, as long as your healthy you'll also be lean which is much hotter than la lohan skinny
exercise and proper dies...consult your physician

u dont have to worrie but if you do then go to seventeen.com and just check if you are supoppse to lose weigh but it seems to me you sound pretty healthy!
well i think you should drink plenty of water, don't cut out junk food all at once or you will go mad and get yourself upset as sweets are a comfort to us all, take one day at a time , 10min walk everyday is better than noting and eat fruit that you like, but the most important one is to not eat 3hrs before bed time as that's when the food you have eating turns into fat, if you do that for 2wks you will see a good result, dont starv yourself, your young and have plenty of time to loose weight, remember you have to live aswell!!!!!
