An easy way to lose weight without doing alot??

eat super small meals about six a day like snack size that is what i do im ten and i weigh 40 pounds
exercise is the best way to lose weight and be healthy
i would say excerise at least 40 min a day
but u can eat 5 times a day i heard its healthy unlike diets
if u gain weight that means u r gaining muscle
Take two fish oil capsules before going for a 30 minute walk, it doesn't have to be fast, just a leisure walk, everyday. (This is best for belly fat, but will help you lose weight as well.) Also, drink more water! I cannot over state the importance of water in weight loss.
