Answers: eating right, drinking water, and excercising works! as far as diet plans and/or products, i would say no products (i guarantee you they all have a suggestion on them to use in conjunction with a diet and excercise plan...and THAT's what makes you lose the weight). Weight Watchers is a good plan, they teach you ways to eat and prepare real (grocery-store) food, vs. pills or boxed foods. it worked well for me at one time. i need to get back to it myself!

yes it works i just started on it and girlfriend been on and off for a year and some. but like all supplements do research and track your body's response to it, aches or pains, headaches, dehydration, shakyness, cramps, mood swings are a big one when on supplements. do research before hand too. and remember your body needs rest so cycle on and off as the directions.
