i dont think there's a extremely fast way to lose weight. it's all gradual. lose too much in a dramatic time frame and you stress it out. i think your body will stop getting rid of fat so it'll maintain a healthy balance. try healthier foods and small snacks throughout the day. no huge meals all the time. other than that there's lipo suction but that cost way too much. excercise is great to.
