What do I need to do to tighen my abs??

Question: I'm 5'6 , 120lbs, 20%bod fat. I want to get my abs tight. How much cardio do I need to do or what should I do? And, what's the distance I should run in X amt of minutes is considered good shape ?

My abs currently look like this: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v115/s...
I want them to look like this: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v115/s...

I want it so that my sides are just straight down like the wanna-be pic instead of my current pic which has my side going out. How do I do that? Oh, I wear a size 8 pants, but I wanna get it down to a size4 or 6.
Answers: typically you need for body fat around 15% or less...

to really target the 'hard to get fat' like stomach fat, you should do roughly 40-60 min cardio. during the first 30-40 mins, energy comes from mostly your body's storage of carbs. it needs to burn all of this up before it starts hitting the fat. so 40-60 mins cardio keeping your heart rate around 70-80% of max rate. heart rate depends on how old you are so you can look that up somewhere...but roughly in the range of 130-150ish.

to get your abs stronger and to make them look better when the fat is gone, do ab exercises like crunches, exercise ball stuff, etc...there are tons of ab exercises.
