I don,t seem to ever lose weight.I am heart broken.Pl.help??
Answers: Well..Hve you even tried losing weight?? And If you are sad you're not getting anywhere, wouldn't that make you want to lose weight even more? Keep trying, and dont give up on yourself.

i jsut quit somking 2 months ago and have actually lost weight (12 pounds) just by walking for an hour to two hours a day and eating more fiber/fewer calories and lean protein. it's not a strict diet, but protein fills you up more than carbs (that's why Atkins works) so you eat fewer calories. walking is good because it's not harmful to your knees like running, and for me it got me out of the house and not thinking about smoking. i live in Manhattan, so not the easiest place in the world to walk, so no excuses!

Stay away from the diets sometimes those can do more harm than good. -after you cleanse your body, start eating whole grain cereals. most imprortant dont starve yourselve.
-i would like you for you too think of moderation. most of all from the bad food. like butter, fast foods,etc. example, dont make it forbidden just dont eat a whole pizza a slice. it may be hard your stomache will own its own become aware of how it feels happier.so your body by time will become adjusted. beleive me hun i lost 40 pounds. by using my own advise. i feel alot better look better.
most of all breakfast is the most important, when you eat in the morning you eat less during the day. plus dodnt eat after 7pm unless its healthy. apple or fresh veggies.. fruits.
