Workout question...please answer..!!!!!!!??

Question: im 14, what can i do to get rid of the (mass.) or fat on my(bottom)back...(its not a lot but it can be noticed) please tell me what exercise i can do in order to get rid of it.
Answers: I am 15, so I have sometimes wondered the same thing. But I am over it now, because I have heard of and read countless studies which state that it is impossible to burn fat from a target area. Instead, do general cardiovascular/aerobic/oxygen consuming activities like swimming, soccer, biking, or running. These will tone the muscles under the layer of fat so that when the fat is burned off (and it could take months, so don't give up!), the area will not only be thinner, but firm. Hope that helps, just remember not to get too caught up in how you look!
you're 14. Go out and play some sports. Stop obsessing.
Ride a bike, swim, play tennis, walk.
do lunges. you can do a google or yahoo search to see the proper way to do them.
Run!
What do you mean by this?
you are kind of young to try to be losing weight, but stand on your hand and knees and raise the back of one leg into the air. then vice versa with the other leg. do about 10 then gradually work yourself up to 15 and so on. you'll burn fat there and the muscle will become more built. make sure to pre-strech for thirty minutes prior. you could get some real bad muscle pulls, and they hurt.
Run and then run some more. If you don't like running, swim. you only lose weight if you get your heart rate up for more than 30 minutes. you don't have to go fast, but you need to workout consistently.
