Is there a substitute to water??
Question: I really do not like water unless I am really thirsty. I am usually like always thirsty (not THAT thirsty though)...I don't really like water because it does not have flavor. What can I drink as a substitute for water?
Answers: drink something that doesn't contain any calories. this can be diet soda, Crystal Light, etc...
Drink Tea or drop a teabag in your water
Lemonade?
Water with lemon? Unless you want to flood your system with simple sugars, I wouldn't suggest drinking juice, soda, or anything else like you can water. Crystal light is one option, but still, nothing works quite like water.
I'm a nurse. Try adding a slice of lemon for flavor. Their really isn't a substitute for water. You need it, your body is made up of 90% water. Do your body a favor and drink up.
...Sorry, but there's water in almost anything that you can drink, even 198 Proof alcohol (1% water)
You could TRY to turn away from your addiction to water, but the withdrawl symptoms will kill you, like dehydration. Without water, you won't have 2/3 of what you are right now. 1/3 of a person isn't really a living person.
Tea is 99% water. See site below under fat loss tips on where you can get a healthy tea that tastes like candy canes.

cool aid mix raised a generation that is still alive today, had the best favor for pennies per gallon, makes great jello too
OK - the most you will get will be something with a sugar substitute like a diet soda or such. The mechanics of sugar substitutes cause your body to crave simple sugars and you will find yourself craving real sugar (chocolate) more and convertable sugars obsessively (carbs) bread, spaghetti, bagels. Water is good if filtered and served ice cold. Although tasteless, I find it tastes wonderful at that point just before it freezes. Water from a glass pitcher always tastes better too. You can add a twist of lemon or lime, but no sugar (or fake sugar like splenda) to it to change the taste. Women seem to like that and men don't. I always wonder why that is as I have found no science or logic that supports that, but - we men want our water straight up.
1. apples,,, apples are 98 % water and they even give you what water gives,,,, it is just like eating a solid water,,,
2. Gatorade,,, it refuels the body and quenches our thirst fast,,, it even prevents and stops dehydration,,,,
3. coconut juice,,, it tastes good and even gives nutrients,,,
4. tropical punch juices,,, they rehydrate us the same way as water does,,, it even gives us a flavorful taste,,,
i hope i had helped,,, but still remember,,, there is no rehydrant better than water,,
Okay. Your body is made up of 70% water, your muscles to be exact. So you want to feed your muscles what they are made of. There is really no substitute for h20 even if the taste is so bland that you want to spit it out. Don't chug it, sip it. If you like lemon, squeeze a little into your glass, or use lime if you like. BTW: when you drink water, you look bigger, more muscular, that's because you're feeding your body at the cellular level. I hope this helps.
tea
I agree with Dennis. Water with lemon. It makes it taste alot better, goes down smooth, and best of all theres no sugar.
Power Aid, Gator Aid, Iced Tea.....You can also get 'flavored' water by mixing in powders that will make it taste different, but still keep it healthy.
Besides water you can just drink juice...
