Is flaxseed oil better than fish oil?!??
Question: in terms of their omega 3/6/9 contents.. is flaxseed oil better than fish oil?! i hate the after taste of fish oil (when you burp lol)

i should think fish oil has more omega. but you can pop fish oil pills.
My cholesterol was up and I was asked to add flax seed oil instead of fish oil......so go ahead with the flax seed instead.
pharmaceutical grade fish oil has no after taste it has been distilled the cheaper brands are not distilled and they mite have a fish flavor and Mercury if i have to choose i will go for a good quality fish oil that has been distilled flax seed oil i will be concern about some prostate interaction in men
I take both but I too didn't like the fishy taste of the fish oil and looked around to find that the Icelandic kind doesn't have that taste. Try ordering some Icelandic such as
