Im just eating fruits and vegetables since the past 26days and i gained weight.??
Question: i lost till 2kg in 15 days but now i gained it again that too just by eating fruits and vegetables what should i do

are you exercising?? you should be doing at least 30min of exercising a day... Your body maybe holding onto fluid, hence you weight gain.
please get to having a balanced diet....you need complex carbs and whole grains......and the only way to loose weight is to run or walk at least fr 20 mins 4-5 days a week

you are probably gaining weight because you body is not getting enough of protein.eating veggies and fruits is not enough to live on.you need to eat a lilttle bit of fish or chicken.the body needs protein.protein can actually jump start your metabolism
