Is it true that exercising fixed bicycles is harmful for knees and ankles??


Answers: Using the bike should be easier on your joints. Since you are not bearing all of your weight on your legs it takes the stress off of the joints and thus should cause less problems.

If you start to feel any pain, stop the excercise and try again a day or two later. You can do a lot of damage to your joints if you ignore the pain.
