Age= 22 yr Sex= m, height = 5ft 7in, weight=59 Kg, I am quite thin, help needed??

Question: specially around my chest and arms, my schedule doesn't permit me to go to gym and can't buy and home gym equipments also. What should I do?? Should i move towards Beer ??
Answers: I am 20, Male 60KG, 6ft 1in! As you may have guessed I am very thin.

I think you just have to eat properly and wait, drinking to put on weight would not be advised. I am guessing like me you just have a v. high matabolism and it is hard for you to put on weight.

If you are still worried there are a wide range of weight gain products out there that would help .

Don't worry about being thin though!
i dont think beer is the answer,
eat bad food and drink kegs worth of beer.
I wouldn't if I were you.Beer will make your belly get bigger but all the rest is gonna stay the same.
I suggest eating a lot more 4 full course meals a fday filled with starch. Also try weight gainer shakes. Also try jogging in the afternoons so you have muscle instead of fat.
You are just short by 1 kg,Just eat & be happy.
eat lots of meats, dairy, and vegetables. Do pushups, situps, and run. If you want to gain healthy mass you are going to need to go to a gym. You can fit it in, unless you are a single parent and have 3 kids to take care of. You need to take time to take care of your body, screw watching T.V. Stay away from beer, it is a metabolic depressor meaning, it eats away muscle.
Try the Fast Foods, and please drink some Soda while u eating, It's very Good to gain weight.
My fiance is 5ft 8, 120 lbs.... beer doesn't work for him
Do pushups, buy hand weights (those should be less than $10-$15 for a set), and eat high-protein food, like beans and chicken and tuna. If you eat protein, and a lot of it, it'll help your body build muscle easier when you do work out at all.
Beer-NO! Stay away from that.

I have several suggestions that are 100 percent guaranteed if you are interested.

I used to be 6 ft and 110 pounds in h.s.

I am now(still 6 ft, hehe) but now weigh 192.

Email me if interested

Not cheap, but very effective
