This is an impossible question to answer. If you're doing things correctly you should include some weight training in your fitness routine. Muscle weighs more than fat. I'm 5'5 and while I'm in no way muscle-bound or bulked up, I have clearly toned up and improved muscle definition. I weight train 3 nights a week. I weigh 150 pounds and nobody can believe that I do. Don't get hung up on numbers. They aren't what's important. Just get fit and feel good. The rest will come.
can't you get hold of the height weight charts?-at first they appear quite mad but they do know what they are talking about;two years ago I dieted and exercised down to the weight they predicted for a man of five five and that is ten and a half stone.I plateau'd at that weight and still my distended stomach;being at ideal weight does not obviate the need for exercise to tighten up stomach muscles.ALso you need to work hard to maintain correct weight.most ppl do not stay down at correct weight for more than a year so make your weight loss part of a medically supervised lifestyle change with exercise.
