If i eat alot, but exercise daily do i still get fat???


Question: hi, im a girl, im 6'1' (1.85 or 89), and im FAT!!, but i really eat alot and i dont exercise at all, can i keep eating alot if i start exercising daily without getting fat?? can it be done?? even if i have a slow metabolism?? and what exercise could i do to make my body mnore feminim cause it looks a bit masculine with the over weight.. please help!! and thanks alot in advance!!

First you need to figure out how many calories you need to be eating every day in order to loose fat.

then you take those calories and split them into 5 equal meals. This will speed up your metabolism drastically because your body will be working to burn the food ALL DAY.

The best way to eat less, it to eat more healthy stuff more frequently. This helps to keep your bienge cravings down and will help you to stop over eating. Each and every meal you eat should consist of lean animal proteins, complex carbs, and good fats.

Do that type of diet and add some daily cardio 3-5 times per week and you have a fat burning recepie.

for a short time it will , but you need to cut down on the calories and exercise. if you are really fat losing weight would accent your figure making you look more feminine. a toned healthy body is a sexy one

If you are serious about losing weight, then follow these rules. If you don't have a sensible plan, you will be fighting a losing battle. You can do it, so what are you waiting for? it depends on what kinds of food that you eat. if you eat junk food everyday and don't exercise, you`ll gain weight. your 6`1 and you weigh 185? that's not fat.
If you consume more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. Choose foods that are high in fiber, protien and COMPLEX carbs.
Try Cardio and yoga
Cardio will burn more calories and yoga will increase flexibility and lengthen muscles

it is necessary to be conscious at over weight becoz every thing linked to it. want be health you have to control and maintian weight. eat as like no problem. practise controling food habit u may see the best result over a period of time you can control as you like. take water with out gap in stomuch so that you wont eat much.
I think you eat a lot of fat . be on a diet you'll be fine .
Yes you can still get fat if you eat a lot and exercise daily.Remember that exercise is not that effective in weight reduction as is dieting.In order to lose weight you have to do both,that is cut down on eating and do exercise.For a start you may give up sugar and take fast walks morning /evening daily for 45 minutes each.If you do this you may lose weight at the rate of 2 to3 Kg a month.
ur really tall so it could be the t. of bones or muscle mass thts responsible for wt. if its the wt. of bones then nothin can be done.... but if not then u can join a gym for atleast 3 months n control ur eating n then see the results
