When doing aerobics, do you include the 5 minute warmup and warm down in the 30 minutes you are doing??

Question: it, or do you add an additional ten minutes?
Answers: Of course. Always stretch your body before working out. Before and after.

5 minutes warm up and 5 minutes cool down is fine on a 30 minute cardio.

Cardio works much better for weight loss if you are doing a good 45 minutes tho. Try to go for 45.
I dont include the warmup as part of the actual excercise time.
I would do the warm up prior to it and do the cool down with the instructor. Usually these are calculated into a workout if you do them hence why most are 45 min sessions.
Sky,it is better for you to do a warm up,regarding any exercises. You won't strain any part of your body....good luck and happy exercising...yes 5 minute warm up is good, and 10 minutes better.
