Why are studies regarding the effect of foods on the human body so inconsistent??

Question: Over time it seems like there is so much inconsistent data about what is healthy for you that it frustrates me we cannot decide once and for all what is healthy and what isn't. Things like milk, sugar, even omega-3 fatty acids's healthiness seem to be in debate.

Is this because the human body is so complex and 'everyone is different' or because everyone is trying to push their 'system' (i.e. weight loss plans, organic, veganism, etc.) to make a buck? Why can't we just use the scientific method here?
Answers: Honestly, not everyone is going to eat the same foods, so there's no way that we can see EXACTLY what food does to the body. And you also have to factor in that everyone's body is different. Some people are allergic to foods, some people don't like tastes of some food.
The food is getting polluted with the growing technology and hence the effects keep changing.
Point of view and sales pitch. Most of them work to varying degrees.Do your research and chose!! Peace.
probabaly cause there from chemical companys and some people just wont try gardening during the winter think if it kills bugs why wont it hurt your tract i have watched someone with cancer not try to use the plants that whom ever u choose to call god and waste them and fill the landfill i get sad i try to tell them and they get very mean they need to be more informed and if they quit spraying so much chemicals in their yard there illness might stop alittle
The one thing everyone agrees on is that the white stuff is horrible for all of us (white sugar, flour, rice, bread).Just try to follow the advice of who-remembers-any-more, moderation in all things and see how it goes. If YOU feel fine, stick with what you're doing.
