Can u give me suggestions as to lose weight as early as possible especially my tummy??


Answers: The fastest way to shrink the stomach is going to be by going on a low-carbohydrate diet and inducing ketosis. One of the reasons why is because it gets rid of excess water weight particularly in the stomach area, and this water weight will come off rather quickly after entering ketosis. Keep in mind however that after ending the diet that water weight may increase again in the area. But hopefully, the diet will also help you lose fat at the same time.

I'm not necessarily saying that the Atkins type diets are the best, only that if you want a very quick way to make your tummy look a little smaller with very little time, this will be the first to show and help you fit into smaller pants, simply because of the water weight loss centralized in the stomach area.

The best thing that's worked for me Is stopping drinking soda and stop the sweets.Walking and doing Crunches/sit-ups everyday.

I need that too. There are many fast diets, what happens is you recuperate fast, i really don't recommend any.. try a method like Weight Watchers, slow but effective.

to loss weight you should eat calories less than that you burn
about me i am not really active but I try to eat calories less that I burn


yes its easy but you have to be strong not because you will be
hungry all the time(its not true) but because you will eat only healthy food ...no fast food no fries only seethed chicken and soups and fruit and vegetable,first you will eat only your 3 meals per day no more no less but this meals should contain all ingredients
now I am doing my diet till now its just one month or less but I lost 10pounds and my waist was 30 now its 28 I do exercise 2 hours per week and eat lots of fruits and vegetables

at morning 1 toast +1 egg+tea without sugar
at lunch
2 toasts+chicken+green salad
+1 cup of low fat yogurt
at evening
lots of salad+vegetables soup
at your favorite film at night
i ate pineapple+apple+orange
