How can I lose 50 pounds by Jan. 1. I waight 170.??


Answers: I've lost 32 pounds in 69 days. That is just under 1/2 pound per day. You have 95 days until Jan. 1. You would need to lose just a little over 1/2 pound per day. It is very possible that you can.

Water 64-80 oz. per day, exercise 30-45 minutes per day, take a multi vitamin, eat low carb.
Hands down the Cambridge Diet is the answer. Average weight loss is 5-7 lbs per week using the Fast Start variation of the diet. It's alot like the MediFast diet but half the price and can be modified to fit your budget. Very healthy too and FDA approved.
Body for Life is a well balanced program that works. You're allowed to eat 5-6 small meals daily(speeds up metabolism), and exercise 30-45 minutes six days a week to tone and firm.

You're also allowed one day a week to eat whatever you want.

It's not necessary to buy any expensive supplements, to see progress, just eat healthy, get rest, exercise, and drink plenty of water. Also, a multivitamin is a good idea.

Remember DIETS don't work!!!

p.s. When when you lose TRUE fat, and not fat along with muscle, you'll probably lose 25 lbs and look like you've lost 50.
thats alot of weight to lose in 4 months. i wouldnt try it. try 10-15. but do it in a healthy way and dont forget to exercise too.
Diet and Exercise. Mostly low on carbs and sugars, and exercise at least 30 minutes four to five times a week.
Add sugars when the craving gets to great, then get back on track and keep going. Don't deviate, and you will make it.
