Exercise!!
Eat healthy and lots of exercise
exercise and control your appettite just skip the fattening food
Eat low calorie foods,fresh vegetables avoid heavy meals N fast food ...working out on a trend mill will help or go on walk to your work place instead of going in a vehicle try out yoga ,breathing exercises etc.
Make sure you division doesn't have remanders. AVOID prime numbers.
depends on if u want 2 lose weight or fat??? if u want 2 lose fat then u gotta work hard at it it doesn't happen over night u will have do cardiovascular exercise and try not do any weight's until u av lost Ur fat and need to tone up then u will need 2 do more weight's, if that makes any sense and u need 2 control what u eat, none ov this carnt eat this and carnt eat that s**t just stick 2 ur intake of 1500 calories a day and i think its about 70grams of fat (not 2 sure about that bit) and not stuff ur self at meal times but make sure ur eating at least 4times aday with lots of fruit and water, its all about common sense more than owt!! i hope this has help a tad and good luck!!
My Dr told me low fat High fibre diet, lay off the carbs, so eat less bread and pasta. And try and go for a walk every day.
But dont push yourself if your not used to it, cause you could make yourself sick.
If u want to lose ur weight u have to exercise,jog in the morning as well as in evening.Eat low calorie food.I m feelin so bcoz i have done the same things to lose weight.
