Help! I dont know where to start!??

Question: I dont care about losing weight. What I want to do is get into better shape. My endurence level is like at negative 100. I am limited to stay at home so any good exercises to do at home?
Answers: Try yoga at first to limber up and then move on to include step exercises. Go for a brisk walk too after a few weeks of building your stamina. If you have not been active in a while and if you are over weight - do things slowly so you don't burden your heart with undue stress.

Modify your diet! i cut out refined sugar in my coffee....4 cups with 2 teaspoons a day was a lot and now a month later I am alittle nicer to be around says my family. No soda!

Engage a friend to walk with you. My Mom did this with me and we looked for decorating ideas in the various windows

Good luck to you - asking is the first step - I bet you are on your way!
pilates? you could get one of those fancy work out machines you only need to do for like 20 minutes a week; that doesn't seem like it needs too much endurance ;)
believe me unplugging the computer is the first good thing you should do

then try to go upstairs/downstairs over 20 times a day is really good
sit ups, lunges, squats....walk....run in place...move....move...move :) moving works. i'd suggest stopping by walmarts and purchasing one of the home work out videos. they come in different levels. start out with something simple and work your way up.
Denise Austin she will get you endurance up!!!
Hi! Dance is one of the best exercises and it's so much fun. Musically, you are practically limitless. It's never boring....it doesn't FEEL like exercises, so you're liable to have an easier time sticking to it because it doesn't feel like work. You can do different workouts depending on your musical selection. It burns tons of calories and you work many muscles.
