Should a 123 lbs. 14 year old be worried about her weihgt??

you will be worried about your weight for the rest of your life. 123 at 14 is not a bad weight. A lot of it has to go by your height and physical shape. if you are concerned talk to your doctor.

weight is such a dodgy measuring scale to go by without other information, for example, muscle is heavier than fat so you can weigh alot but still be really healthy, also it depends on factors such as height and bone structure even, some people are really just heavier boned. To be honest though, any 14 year old unless seriously obese shouldnt have to worry about weight issues
it depends on how tall she is. my daughter is 10 years old and about the same weight(123) but she is 5'4 tall. she could stand to lose a couple pounds but her doc said shs ok.

well if you are asking that, you must be worried...stop comparing yourself to what you see in mags. are you playing sport? but so you dont turn into a real tubby....cut out junk food, fizzy drinks, carbs...stick to protien, fresh veggies, 2-3 litres of water a day, and walk, walk, walk, walk, walk....it;s free and you can do it anywhere, anytime....keep active, eat well, and accept that people in those glamour mags normally have eating disorders.
