Question: I am 5' 3'' and 125 pounds. Help please.

30 knee-ups while hanging from a horizontal bar

After two months of daily's, do three daily sets
Weekly:
0ne to two-mile run 3-times
After one month of weekly's, increase the run distance to two to three miles
After two months of weekly's, increase the run distance to three to five miles
Follow this regimen and you will have a decent ab six-pack; for totally sculptured abs you'll have to spend more time at a gym and work with a trainer.

eat something healthy every 2 hours like fruits or crackers instead of large meals at one time and you will never go hungry and this also helps your metabolism. exercise for 30 minutes everyday. pilates is good for the stomach area.

you need to watch what you eat and train hard in the gym. Diet is a huge part of getting lean and you will never reach that ripped look without eating right. Obviously train abs hard to but diet and cardio are the main thing to follow
