Girls.......Help me please!??
Question: How can I lose weight around my thighs? I tried everything, and nothing helped. What's some of your ideas........
Answers: Squats help me the most.
I have the same problem and haven't found anything yet, I think some of us are just predisposed.
have LOTS of sex. everyday all day, and work up a good sweat. Do that enough and your hot little thighs will shape up real NICE!
Pilates...
They are positions that you can ACTUALLY do and they work!
err, i have the same problem, when i gain weight its not in my stomach, instead it goes right to my thighs :[ the only thing really to do is maybe get them in shape by doing squats, walking on the treadmill WITH an incline, or walking up your steps over again. any exscircise that involves the leg musceles would be helpful to tone up the thighs, but really.. losing the weight around your thighs or better yet makeing them appear thinner... is to just lose weight and eventually the weight will come off from your thighs... it just takes a little longer than the stomach.
Yoga or Pilates!!! nothing better, it is also verryyy relaxing
Our trainer says to... i forgot the name.. but,
You stand on the floor with 2 feet... then, you step up on an elevated object... like a chair.. the stair is too low. Repeat and switch legs.
You can really feel that one. Good luck!
pilates work really well although they are often painful.
i have the same problem.
squats and walking on incline and other exercises make your leg muscles bigger and bulkier instead of losing weight.
i find that just reducing my calorie intake to about 1400 a day and walking as often as i can on as little incline as possible will help shed weight.
