What would be a healthy weight for me??
Question: I am 16 years old, and 5'5.
Answers: About 140 is the most you want to weight while 114 lbs is the least you want to weigh
But it all depends upon your body build. Do you have a small Medium or Large Frame
115-120
120 or a bit more?

remember weight is just a number and your life should not revolve around it!
healthy weight should be around 115-145lbs.. If I were you, I'll try to keep it 110-115lbs in order to look good.
Pound for pound female muscle is just as strong as male muscle. And just like for men a healthy weight depends a lot on how strong you are, or how much muscle you got. If you are slender, 120 lbs. is probably fine, but, if you are more muscular, at 5'5 you can certainly carry 150 lbs. without being fat.
110 to 115 depending on you activity and amount of exercise. An active 16 year old might need a little extra if you are into sports. Weight is important but so is fitness. Regular exercise and the proper food diet leads to a healthier lifestyle, more than what you weigh.
