Gaining muscles the right and fast way??

Question: ok i wanna be well built dun really have to be those weightliffer type of muscles and body just want to be well built especially in the arms and if possible a six-pack but kinda lost on how to achieve that and i don't really have access to a gym? any tips? please advice me
Thanx
Answers: though its more fun, you dont need a gym to achieve any of those things. push ups, chin ups, squats, sit ups, jumping rope, and so on are all easily done at home and do give great results. follow that up with a balanced nutritional diet and always let sore muscles repair before getting back at it again. Muscles have to repair to grow.
The right way is not the fast way. Stop asking questions and start working out.
that site http://sratim.burnthefat.hop.clickbank.n... I think ... maybe ?!
Exercise, and increase protein...protein shake after a workout, do crunches, lift objects around the house.
idk
The exercise ball is a wonderful inexpensive piece of gym equipment. You can do so many things on it to work your abs, as well as other parts of your body. You can easily add other items to create your own home gym, which I have done. The total gym really works great. You can get a very good cardio and strength-training workout on it at the same time. Of course if you have any excess body fat, one must do cardio to burn it. It helps to strength train to increase your metabolism but cardio is a must for fat burning. Just as important as working out is watching what you eat. Lastly, I believe the key to gaining muscles is lots of reps, drinking plenty of water, consistency and determination. Just look at Janet Jackson, she lost 60 pounds in 3 months, toned up and has the 6 pack.
You can begin with free-hand exercises

Push-ups for chest
Sit-ups for abs
Chin-ups to widen the back

Arnold Schwarzenegger has written a few books about bodybuilding. Arnold, the Education of a Bodybuilder and The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. The first one includes a section of free-hand exercises that you can do without weights. After a few months with this beginner's program you can move on to working out with weights. I highly recommend Arnold, the Education of a Bodybuilder for beginners and The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding for those wanting to get really big. You can find these books at Amazon.com
