Billy's bootcamp basic training and ultimate training dvd's??

Answers: Great, great videos. And they are not just for cardio. The boot camp series incorporated strength training with the resistance bands, push-ups, lunges, and squats...lots of push-ups and squats. There's about 10 minutes devoted just to arms and believe me you will see a noticeable difference real definition. Also there is about 5 min of isolation exercises just for the abs and they will burn but you will look great in a two piece. You must try it. I have been using Tae-bo for a few years, but the boot camp series is much better for an overall cardio and toning workout it's an all in one. Trust me...my friends tease me about my arms saying they look like Angela Bassett did in What's Love Got to Do With and my abs are fab...I've never had a six pack, but I'm loving it.!!
Sure Taebo is mainly for losing weight though. it keeps your heart going the whole time. I know people who have good results with it.
