How i can lose my weight & inches very fast in a month time??

Seriously - weight loss that fast (and yo-yo dieting) has serious long-term side effects - I know my wife was hospitalized for 3 weeks due to stones in her gall bladder which were the result of this quick weight loss dieting - and I have never seen anyone in so much pain even with large doses of morphine.
You shouldn't lose more than 2 lbs a week - that's a safe amount. Sorry - but all quick fixes have repercussions.
Suggest exercise as the best way - and simply cut out snacking between meals and eat sensibly. This is safe and effective - albeit not very exciting.
i wouldnt reccomend losing weight quickly.as soon as u start eating normally again u will put all the weight back on and more,,,however...if u do still want to lose the weight try running lots and cut down your calories
Cut out all carbs for a few weeks. No bread, potatoes, corn, rice, cereal, pasta, fruit, tomatoes, beans (except green beans) and peas. Lots of meat and green vegs. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Walk every day.
