How much weight will i loose by Feb. 24??
Question: I've started this new work out routine which is very very very difficult and leaves me sore. Its an hour and a half long and its mainly just pushing your limits. I cut fast food out of my diet two weeks ago and i have been drinking mostly apple juice, milk, and water. What is a good guess on how much weight I will loose by February 24th? and i know i'm gaining muscle and i'll take that into account

If you are trying to loose weight you should NOT be drinking juice. YOU need to be drinking water and eating fiber, green rich foods. I would do the work out not everyday but every other day, you need to rest your body. The average weight loss (and safest is 1-2 pounds a week.) Good luck.

this isnt something you can calculate you didnt mention what other foods you are eating you also didnt mention when you are eating them or how much of them. These are all key in figuring this out also everyones body is different and muscle mass, body fat %, and build all play a major role. this is near impossible but if i had to make a guess i would say 15 lbs(gaining muscle included. it will look liek alot more . also you didnt say what your normal exercise routine was or even how tall you are or how much you way. as you can see this is a hard question to answer when missing all of these variables! sorry but i hope this helps!

The milk may be good for you, but I would recommend 1% or Skim, because it is lower in fat, the water is a definite good choice, that should be your predominant beverage. If you are looking to lose weight, bulk up on protein, like meat, eggs and cheese (lowfat, such as motzarella) and steer clear of things like pasta, and breads, or candies and processed foods such as deli sliced ham and and cheeses. if you do this, along with a good, hard workout program, you could lose up to 10 pounds or more by your deadline. it's all up to you, and how much you're willing to put into it.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.
