Are soy protein shakes good for helping with weightloss or does it cause weight gain??


Answers: It helps build lean muscle mass, try 100% All natural whey protein instead, only 80 calories per scoop (20 grams protein), rather than the soy protein i use to take, 170 cals per scoop with 20 grams of protein as well. Except whey protein helps repair muscle tissues faster and fewer calories and are better for you!
