Who discover the same thing as I did??
Question: So the spring is with us for some time, and because I had a free day I decided to do some shoppings for summer holidays.
I went to my favorites shops to do buy some new hot cloths but... I found that I am not so in shape as I used to be. Because I don't have a big mirrow in my flat I wasn't able to see some changes in my body (or maybe I didn't want to...). The winter was too long this year and that's why I acumulate fat.. I guess. I just wanted to know, if there is anybody who had the same 'discovery' as I did? And what do you do to lose yours extra pounds?
Answers: This happens to me all the time. I just have to clean out my fridge, bring back the fruits and veggies, and hit the gym for consistently for three straight weeks. Targeting problem areas helps them firm up faster. I'm back to normal within a month, though I wish I could just stay the same...
WALKING IS GOOD. SOME LEMON IN YOUR WATER AND TRY TO GET MORE FIBER LESS BAD FAT AND MORE GOOD FAT IN YOUR DIET.
Exercise. Just take brisk walks and avoid sugar and fatty food.Drink plenty of water.
As your body turns older a metamorphosis occurs thru the ages. Your metabolism begins to slow and in turn its much easier to put on a few extra pounds. The best and only thing you can do that's good for your body is to work out and eat right. When I say eat right, that doesn't mean eat three peas and a carrot. Eat sensibly and join a gym or workout at home via walking or jogging and some calisthenics will help. Eating right entails eating vegetables and meats as well as some dairy in sensible proportions.
