Whenever I exercises for 15 minutes or so,I feel sick and dizzy. This happens every time. Why is this??

Answers: Short of you having a condition that is being aggravated by the exercise - which is the reason for seeing a physician before starting an exercise regiment, I would say you're feeling sick and dizzy due to not properly hydrating before working out.

I work out on a regular basis. The one and only time I ever got sick & dizzy while working out was the day I hadn't had anything to drink prior. I had poo-pooed that the trainer had previously emphasised the importance of regular fluid intake, but I got my butt kicked by it for sure. Since then, I've made sure and have had no further incidences.
Generally the advice about exercising is to visit a physician before you start. You should see a physician and explain to them the type of exercise you are doing and how it makes you feel. They may perform a stress test to see if you have heart problems. Good luck.
You might have low blood sugar too.

Eat a snack, something with complex carbs, an hour or so before you work out.
i think your probably hyperventalating which means your taking to much oxygen in. When you exercise you need to pay attention to your breathing. Once you feel like that then try breathing out for 10 sec. after you take a breath.
It's because you haven't built up your endurance.Slowly add more to your exercise when the exercise becomes easy, you'll build endurance.
