What is the ideal weight for a 21 yr. old female and height is 5'7'??

Answers: There is really no such thing as an ideal weight, but rather an ideal weight range since body types and frame vary from one individual to the next.

This calculator will give you an Ideal body weight range that you may use as a guide:

The other is BMI, but varies tremendously and may be very inaccurate depending on body mass and frame.

Depends on the frame.

Small = 115 - 130
Medium = 125 - 140
Large = 135 - 155
145
I wouldn't put too much stock in BMI's. They are really generic and don't take into account genetics or body frame. I'm technically overweight in BMI numbers, but 5 years of regular exercise (nothing like not owning a car to make you fit) and a mostly vegitarian diet have had almost no impact on my BMI. According to my doctor, I'm doing almost everything right and I'm healthy (and I'm very proportional), but my body and my BMI don't match.

So in conclusion, don't get too worked up about your BMI. It doesn't really mean that much.
