Do you take vitaminC with food or between meals? Check online and you get contradictory answers!??


Answers: You should take all vitamins and minerals generally with food. They are like spark plugs to an engine. They are needed to ignite/utilize the fuel you eat. Taking your supps with a meal will help increase absorption as well.
I never take any type of medicine or vitamin without first eating something. Most of the time it will give you a stomach ache and make you feel sick unless you eat something prior to taking them.
I always take mine with a banana. You should have something in your belly, it does prevent an upset stomach.

yes you have to take vitamin c after eating coz vitamin c is good to uour heath it can avoid us into sickness but there is also a harm full effect if we take it w/o eating it can make us an acidic person.
