Whats the best way to get nice abs??
Question: forget all that running and yoga stuff....all i have are olympic wieght sets and the will to get a REAL work our video or some type of enhancement 9but need to know whats the best)...illegal steriods never really thought about it plus wouldnt know where or what to do with....so fill me in with all the goodies u fitness buffs...

Answers: I'm not sure if this will work for a guy but, when I did it I sported a 6-pack. After whatever workout you do, add this before you throw in your towel...
3 sets of 20 reps of regular sit-ups
3 sets/ 20 reps of right side sit-ups
3 sets/ 20 reps of left side sit-ups
3 sets/ 20 reps of lower ab sit-ups
All are done with your back to the floor so your not changing positions all the time. Side sit-ups are done with a twist... right elbow to left knee and vica-versa. For the lower abs (the most important to focus on) just lie with your back to the floor, legs stretched, and lift your feet maybe 5 inches off the ground while your legs are still extended.
It's apparent to me that you've never been running for any length of time, or done yoga, or else you wouldn't have this attitude about the both of them. Pretty arrogant attitude, but nonetheless I'll answer your question for you.
To get nice abs you will have to do something to get the fat off of the top of them, if you have any. If you're looking for a real workout go to the search engine and type in tae bo Billy Blanks he is the master. While doing this video or dvd you'll soon learn what a real workout is if you survive.
Contrary to popular beliefs there is no such thing as spot reducing, you'll need to do full body everything to get the nice abs. The reason you can see some people's six pack is because they have no fat sitting on top of their muscles, and they are doing alot of work to get their bodies that way. Have you noticed in the pictures of these people, their whole bodies are sculpted and not just their abs? Work your whole body with your olympic weights and do crunches on an incline bench, along with everything else. Being fit and healthy is alot of hard work, and it's all good....especially the running and yoga.
