What is a good way to lower triglyceride levels??

Answers: Cut back on your sugar intake.
use medicament.. preferably statins (lescol , zocor or lipitor) for sure after the doctor advice
Try increasing the fiber intake in your diet and eating plenty of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables while cutting out processed foods, sugary drinks, white flour, and fatty meats. Drink plenty water througout the day and supplement with a good multi-vitamin daily and an Essential Fatty Acid complex. (Fish oil, flax oil, borage oil). This would be an excellent start.
