Eating out tonight, I need a healthy option for a curry??
Question: Hey folks, I'm eating out tonight, theres 5 of us going for a curry. I would like to loose a few pounds that crept on over Christmas, lol. I have started eating healthily since the begining of the year, and am now faced with this slight dilema. Which type of curry should I choose?
I used to be a Gold member of Weigh Watchers, but have put all my info in the loft. (eating out guides and shopping books).
I just want a curry thats not too bad for me. I feel less bloated already, so have the inspiration to carry on.
Answers: Avoid anything creamy - like Korma and go for chicken or veggie, tomato based curries; like a jalfrezi.
If you are having rice - have plain not fried and stay miles away from the naan bread.
No starters!
there is no healthy choice for curry.
Yes go for something without a creamy sauce. Maybe just a chicken tikka and small rice?
being a past weight watchers bloke myself, this is all too familia to me also lol
I would suggest bombay potatoe. As you know you dont need to clear the whole plate, just eat until u feel comfortably full:D
If you're a gold member you shouldn't still be so strict! Treat yourself more, let ur hair down ye?
Ask for small (not complete) portion of ...
Chicken Shashlick - it is a tandoori dish - no sauce onions and peppers comes with salad - you don't need rice with it either - delish
hey, once a gold member- always a gold member!
go for a tomato based sauce and veg or chicken as the base.
why is ur title like white.?
