I am 32,5'8"but weigh only 54kgs.Please guide for weight gain.I am very serious about weight Gain.??


Answers: Eat proteins and lots of nutrients, but make sure you are not overeating the fat soluble vitamins or you will have adverse reactions such as vitamin overdose. You should lift weights and maybe eat some GNC Bulking powders. Remember that your DNA has a code for you and your metabolism is most likely fairly high. This causes you to be skinny. This should only be a problem if you think you have an eating disorder and if so you should seek counseling. If not then put on some muscle mass, a muscular physique will make you look healthy and not give the image that you do have an eating disorder if this is an image problem for you. Eat more protein and breads, generally eat more. Join a gym and get into a weight training program to gain muscle. They can also help you with the nutrition side.
