Constipation to the extreme and foods??


Question: I haven't been digesting and I go to the bathroom perhaps 2 times a week. I am going to a doctor already and am getting medication and it is getting a bit better. What I want to know is what kind of foods should I eat to keep my stomach happy while it is ill? Something light and that goes down easy I suppose. What do you guys recommend?
Answers: fibre like in all-bran or something like that.
capsicam and chilli, with a hint of laxitives
if its constipation it's your body saying it's not getting enough liquids so it's going to retain it...so drink up...not liquor...but water...juices only make it worse except apple juice...if you drink that as fast as you can...with in 10 mins...you'll have the runs...
