Anyone done "Slim in 6" exercise video? Any good??
Question: Do you recommend it?
Answers: My twin sister bought the Slim in 6 set quite awhile ago, and she loves it! Then she bought it again when new DVDs came out - she had VHS before - and while looking at the information packet that came with it, she realized the women in the videos looked tremendously better! Yea, they were small on the first set of tapes, but now they are toned and lean. They LOOK how you want to look. So, it was neat to compare the leader's previous pictures to a current one - wow! The program really works if you do it! (and this was the first program other than TaeBo that she actually couldn't wait to get home from work each day to do!) Oh - it is a hard work out - she couldn't do the entire thing at first, but just kept going back and doing more each time. The first time she made it all the way through she was thrilled! One last thing -- If you are a perfectionist and have to follow the leaders on TV perfectly, it will be hard unless you are coordinated. I am not as coordinated as my sister, and I had a hard time doing all the steps they do right with them, so I never got into the workouts. Just different people like different things... Hope our opinions help some.
I don't recommend it. The exercise is very hard - high impact and about 45 minutes long. It was just too hard.
So, I just recieved this as a present form my friend this week and have been doing it everyday. Boy is my Body sore! I love it, I do this before my run and frankly I think it is a good investment. It takes a lot to actually make me sore,so I recommend it. If you are worried about the cost, try getting off Ebay,I got the Yoga Booty Ballet set off there way cheaper.
