Fat Burning Exercises??
Question: so far i have lost some weight but very little and i would like to lose more the thing is i do the right exercises 2 tone because i can feel a little six-pack coming on but there is fat surrounding it the same with my arms i know how 2 build muscle i have been doing that the past few months i just really want 2 lose weight
Answers: i myself lost 8-7 pant sizes in 4 weeks so i know what i am talking about:
the best fat burning exercise would be cardio, so a cardio machine would be suitable but you can also row which works your whole body or even do the old fashion runing in the morning which not only burns your fat but also concentrates the mind for the day. for your upper body weight lifting is good but make sure to change around the directions of the lift to work your major body muscles as well as the minor ones. such as your peks.
A six pak will come to you naturaly as you lsoe weight as in order to get one you need to have little to none body fat on the stomach and as you lsoe that body fat you are actualy aiming to stay the same weight as you want to replace the fat with the muscle.

Fat burning exercises can be done by using cardio machines like treadmill, biking, cross-trainer,etc.You can also attend aerobics classes or dance,walk swim,etc.
But don't focus on your weight bec the more you exercise especially w/ wts or resistance machines the more you will gain lean body mass(LBM) which weighs more or less twice the weight of fats.That means you may lose fats
and yet can even gain more while getting fitter
or slimmer.
Check your food intake too maybe you are eating more than you should.
