Will this diet work??
Question: i've been dieting for about 3 weeks...
i am 5'6 tall with 52kg weight.. 34.5-26.5-37 vital stat
..i want to loose 2-3kg...
i consume about 1500-1800 calories a day, i don't eat rice..iv been doing exercise daily for 15-30mins...i also do recreational act. like badminton twice a week.
i want to look better and to have a really nice abs...
do you think this diet will work?
how long will it take for me to loose 3kg and to achieve a really nice body with a little abs?

I think thats fine. But you don't have to worry about 2 much stuff like abs and being skinny. 52 kilo is fine. My friend is only in Grade 6 and he's already 48 kilo. So thats okay. a girl in Grade 6 is 45 kilo. don't worry about it.
won't this make you underweight? it depends on your age, but even 52kg sounds too underweight, maybe you should talk to your doctor or go to the gym and ask a trainer.

Your prank diet won't work. Look at the Chinese! Amongst the most skiniest and most fit people in the world. All they eat all day is RICE! Plus, I am saying this cause I live in China and eat it as well.

this is not the proper form of giving the diet, you should haven given as a split-up like what you eat and how do you exercise. any how if you want to increase one kilogram of weight you have to give excess of 300 kal, the same yardstick is also for losing weight. you have to reduce 300 kal, and avoid saturated fat & junk foods.
I agree with adrian, rice is wonderful, just be careful what you eat with it. My favorite way is with milk and sugar, but for diet purposes, you don't want to add the extras. Another thing, OATMEAL! Oatmeal is low in fat and very good for you. It lowers cholesteral and fills you up so you wont be hungry every hour. Walking is the best excercise. You can loose weight and is also good for your heart. As far as the abs, do some crunches or situps in the mornings. You won't need to do alot. About a month of this and you should be right where you want to be.
Drink lots of water and stay away from soft drinks and caffeine.
