How can I loose 4 pounds in a few days??


Question: I have to be weighed in by Mon. I can't seem to loose the last 4. I am 156 and have to be down to 152. My weight is from the birth control that I was on. I was taking it for about 5 months and gained 20 pounds. Because of that they took me off. I run everyday 3 miles. I walk 3 miles. I also have other work outs including set up, push up, kickboxing,etc. I can't stop eating cause I'd be to tired to complete the phycial part of my test. Right now I eat around 1,000 calories a day. And drink water and juice. I'm out if ideas, and running out of time. Already lost 16 pounds. All I need is the last 4.
Answers: something you can try is to overload your sodium intake for 24-36 hrs and also decrease water during that time.

Then over the next 24-36 hrs you decrease you sodium to almost none and overload on the water.

what this does is trick the body into storing water during the first phase...for the second phase, you body must flush out all the water that it stores and then some.

this is a temporary fix to the problem, you will lose the pounds you need but only for a few days. professional bodybuilders use this to drop weight and get ready to comptete. google to find a more detailed method

on another note, i dont think you are getting enough calories. your activity level is high and caloric intake is low. this causes the body to enter starvation and store fat. Personally, if I were you, I'd try to follow the body for Life system by Bill Phillips. Its a book and details what I think you are looking for.

try just drinking the water and lose the juice. sometimes juice can be packed with sugar. switch to eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals (if that's what you've been doing) to keep your metabolism going. make sure you're eating fruit and veggies. i've just started doing this and have lost 3lbs in a week. good luck :)
Drink a lot of water, to tell you the truth juice is just sugar and fat, except orange juice. Don't eat any carbs (bread, pasta, rice) that always helps me loose fast. Plus take about 4 tablespoons of milk of magnesia(get it at drugstores) everyday, at night. That's guaranteed!
Try eating several small portion during the day. rather then two or three regular meals and continue to run and work out. I read that by eating less more often helps to shed pounds butter then dieting alone eat healthy snack and energy food.
only eat tuna packed in water.
