Anyone know of a diet where you can lose 30 lbs in one month??
Answers: Not in a safe way! Anyone that tells you that you can is either trying to sell you something that won't work and is therefore stealing your money, or they don't care one whit about your health, or both. It should take you, at a minimum, about 15 weeks to lose that much, if you want to keep it off for good.

It's not healthy to lose 30lbs. in one month! If you are losing weight in a healthy way you should be losing at MOST 3lbs. a week

the coke and fruit diet just kidding my friend had to go on a special diet for her surgery on her stomach yes that surgery and lost 30 pounds in about a week but I dont think its healthy

cut out sweets and soda and start drinking more water and try to exercise daily, even if just doing everyday chores. You will be surprised how much better you will feel and how much more energy you will have throughout the day! Good luck hun!!!

that is extremely unhealthy and can be hazardous to your health. The safe amount of weight/fat to lose per week is 2lbs. If you lose more than that, most likely you are losing muscle tissue. Muscle burns more calories that fat. So you won't be able to keep the weight off and you may even get fatter if you ever stop dieting. Just do it the healthy way- healthy eating and exercise (aerobic and weight training). It takes longer but the weight will stay off longer.

Losing 30lbs in 1 month might sound extreme, but it depends what percentage of your initial weight it is!
If you weigh 180 lbs then its far to much.
If you weigh 600 lbs then its only 5% and easily possible.
That kind of loss is going to need a virtual starvation diet... not recomended for extended periods of time... but 30 days should be fine!
Super low or no fat. Super low or no carbs.
You are looking at a total protein diet (high quality protien - fish, chicken or whey.. no burgers, steak and the like!
You are also going to have to restrict your calorie intake to about 1000 per day and thats not easy.
Basically a body builders 'ripping' diet, but with restricted calories.
You will also need to do loads of aerobic and cardio excercise to get all the crap in your system moving, then lots of swimming etc to use up the fat and saunas to flush the toxins.
You will need to watch your hydration.. drink as much water as you can. it will help you feel full, flush toxins and stop you dying.
Also watch your ketones. Buy a testing kit and test every day after the first week.
I asume you are in good health.

VEGGIES u can eat: red oinons,bell peppers, radishes, cucumber, broccoli,green onions,spinach, leaf lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes,green beans.

You might have your reason to lost weight that fast and all the other answer is not helping. But since you have 30 days, you can try to lose 5-15 pounds. Of course that is not close to your goal, but if you truly can lose to 10 pounds, you can get a dress that is your current size. And whenever you are taking a pic, you can hold the back of your dress and hold your breath. That should make you look slim.
This is the best i can think of, of course i am cheating about your weight in losing pounds, but that is the best way i can think of in cheating. Plust in group pic, don't stand in front or get a child in front of you and hide your lower half of your body.
